Mr. Nathan Herbert, Senior Analyst, U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM) Analysis Center. Mr. Herbert does research and development in reliability growth management and reliability of Artificial Intelligence systems. He provides statistical reliability and methodology support to complex weapon system developmental programs within the Army and Department of Defense. Mr. Herbert has held previous positions as test manager for Army program offices and as suitability evaluator for the Army Evaluation Center (AEC). He holds a Master of Science in Applied and Computational Mathematics from Johns Hopkins University.
