Vijay A. D’Souza

Vijay D'Souza is the director in GAO’s IT and cybersecurity team, where he leads audits and evaluations related to financial management, IT, and cybersecurity. He has led multiple audit efforts and technical experts in cybersecurity and data analytics capabilities and audits in improper payments and IT program management areas. Mr. D’Souza holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park, and a master’s degree in business administration from the University of California-Berkeley.
