Bill Newhouse is a cybersecurity engineer at the National Institute of Standards and Technology’s National Cybersecurity Center of Excellence. He co-leads the Migration to Post-Quantum Cryptography (PQC) project, a collaboration with industry and government, which shares insights on practices that will ease the migration to PQC algorithms resistant to quantum computer-based attacks. His work initially focused on telecommunications, then information assurance and cybersecurity. Mr. Newhouse studied electrical engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and holds a master’s degree from the George Washington University.
