As the Quantum Security Lead with Accenture Federal Services, Garland Garris provides insider threat, law enforcement, intelligence, cybersecurity expertise and leadership to help guide cybersecurity business initiatives. He is a former senior cybersecurity leader for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and one of the founders of the FBI’s Insider Threat Center, where he provisioned implementing multiple data science, investigative, and analytic systems. An expert in insider threat programs, data analytics, and cyber defense and operational programs, Garland has 29 years of professional experience,15 of which were served within national security agencies.
