Javier Perez is a seasoned technology leader with over 27 years of experience in application development, cloud, open-source software, mobile, app security, AI, and software as a service. Mr. Perez is the Chief Open-Source Evangelist, Sr. Director of Product Management and OpenLogic lead at Perforce Software. He is responsible for driving technical thought leadership and advocacy for open-source software. Prior to his current role, he held several leadership positions with IBM, Veracode, Axway, and Red Hat. He holds an honors degree in computer systems and an MBA.
