Michael Harpin

Michael Harpin has over 10 years of experience in the field of information security. Mr. Harpin currently serves as the Competitions Section Chief within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) where he leads the President’s Cup Cyber Competition and other efforts to expand the use of competitions as education and training tools. Prior to his current position, Mr. Harpin served as a Deputy Program Manager for the Enhanced Cybersecurity Services program at CISA and a variety of other roles in support of information security and cybersecurity. He holds a Master of Science in Computer and Information Systems from George Mason University as well as CISSP and PMP certifications.
