The revolution of Artificial Intelligence (AI) transforms the very nature of great power competition, conflict, and international cooperation. Competing effectively in this disruptive environment requires understanding how the People’s Republic of China (PRC) and other U.S. rivals are strategically integrating AI technology across economic, diplomatic, information, and military sectors.

The University of South Florida (USF), in partnership with the U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM), Chief Digital and Artificial Intelligence Office (CDAO) and AI+X, is proud to sponsor the ninth bi-annual conference on The Great Power Competition (GPC), March 5-7, 2024.

Hosted at the Marshall Student Center, this three-day interdisciplinary conference will consist of prominent static capabilities and displays, keynote speakers, panels, and roundtables while reserving time for informal discussions and networking.
